Incore Invest Raises €25 Million to Support High-Growth Fintechs

Incore Invest II Fund to Support Scaling Businesses

The new fund, Incore Invest II, will focus on businesses with proven revenue models and significant growth potential, particularly in the Nordic and Northern European regions, including the UK.

The fund has attracted a diverse group of investors, including NHL star Victor Hedman, TV personality Renée Nyberg, artist Molly Sandén, and handball legend Staffan Olsson.

Incore Invest II will provide long-term capital to businesses that have demonstrated strong fundamentals but require support to scale. The fund adopts a selective approach, investing in companies with established revenue streams while fostering hands-on partnerships to drive operational growth.

Fintech, SaaS, and Embedded Finance Growth

This move comes as the fintech, SaaS, and embedded finance industries continue to evolve under regulatory changes such as PSD2/3 and the expanding open banking framework.

Nicolai Chamizo, former ice hockey star and CEO/founder of Incore Invest, comments: “Traditional finance is shifting towards more innovative and scalable solutions, and we see a great opportunity to support the next wave of transformative businesses.”

The fund has also expanded its team, bringing on Kasper Terrvik as Investment Manager. Terrvik previously worked in Bloomberg’s analytics department and at SEB Corporate Finance as an M&A analyst specializing in technology and growth companies. He brings expertise in deal sourcing, valuation, and financial modeling.

“With our new fund, we have the mandate to pursue high-growth software businesses across multiple sectors, and I look forward to identifying and supporting the most promising companies in this space,” says Terrvik.

Incore Invest’s current portfolio includes companies such as Brite Payments, Mynt, Savr, and Kameo.
